ONDE
HISTORY & MISSION.
Officina Nuova Dimensione Europea (ONDE) APS is a nonprofit organization located in Lecce, Italy. Founded in 2022, ONDE focuses on the personal and professional development, education, and capacity building of young people to promote equal, inclusive and peaceful societies.
"Onde" means "waves" in Italian, and, like the sea, our organization centers on creating powerful change in the lives of youth through training, workshops, courses and local initiatives. We believe that young people are catalysts for change in their communities and we help them tap into the infinite trove of resources already lying within them.
Our mission is to inspire young people to abandon performative activism and discover, instead, the true power of their voices.

PUBLIC FUNDS.
As a non-profit organization, ONDE receives funding from diverse sources including public institutions. Italian law requires transparency and reporting of any and all public funds received.
