ABOUT THE
PROJECT.
Ready to challenge racism and build more inclusive communities?
Our Erasmus+ training course, “Beyond Bias: Embracing Anti-Racist Practices,” is your chance to gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence to create safe, inclusive, and equitable spaces for young people.
Over 7 powerful days, you’ll explore how racism affects youth work, learn how to address bias in daily practice, and develop practical strategies to promote equality and belonging. Together with youth workers and young leaders from across Europe, you’ll exchange experiences, build empathy, and co-create real solutions for a more just and inclusive future.
Join a community ready to go beyond awareness and take action.
