Why does this matter?

Today’s media landscape is crowded, noisy, and sometimes toxic. From viral deepfakes to misleading headlines, we’re all bombarded with content designed to mislead or divide. Being media literate isn’t just a nice skill, it’s survival.

That’s why we built this game as part of “Words Matter: Media Literacy Lab," a 7-day Erasmus+ training course we held in Lecce, Nov. 19-27, 2024. The project brought together youth workers, leaders and educators from across Europe to strengthen their ability to question, check, and create responsible media. The goal: empower young people to become informed, critical, and inclusive media users.
